My personal information is available for the public! How do I protect it?
There are several providers that provide a service called "Whois Privacy Protection".
You can read up on this on http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Domain_privacy.
Why is example.com on my credit card bill?
Beats us. Maybe you bought something from example.com? We haven't billed you, we only provide information about names. If you believe example.com has billed you in error, take it up directly with them, or contact your bank for a chargeback.
The contact information for my domain is wrong, could you please update it?
The contact information for your domain is retrieved directly from your registrar. If you want to update your contact information you should contact the place where you registered the domain (i.e. GoDaddy, eNom).
